Hi guys, another question for ya's.

Not sure when or how it happened but I lost a clear lens off the side marker/clearance light at the rear of the caravan. I bought a complete replacement as you can't buy just the lens. Although the little red & orange LED's still work, I was thinking of replacing the whole light and not just the lens but for the life of me can't see any screws or clips to get it off. Google comes up with nothing either.

Any tips?

on mine the small board/light was part of the lens and 2 screws were behind it, there seems to be small gap either end of the board, can it come out at all?

I replaced some on the old 14 and just cant recall if I prised it off or found some screws, I do know that you pull the wires our very, very gently if they are hidden in wall cavity. The lights should be a sealed unit.

Alright so the lens and circuit board are a sealed unit so to get it out correctly you really need access to the rear of the light itself which isn't possible as the internal van wall is blocking access. So with the lens already off I had to use flat head screw drivers and pry the inner part of the light off. Once that's done I had to remove the right side indicator to access the wiring which is all hidden in the cavity behind the indicator. From there I taped the new wires to the old and pulled them through, connected the new ones, cleaned up the sikaflex from behind the old clearance light, applied some new Sikaflex and Robert's your mothers brother.

Appreciate all the suggestions. Cheers.
