Yes @Bushman you are correct that's why we are staying here to check it out as a potential group meet

We stayed here over the Easter weekend, managers are friendly and engaging as well.
The park was wiped out in the 2011 floods and only re-opened melbourne cup weekend 2014.
The grass is lush and green.
The sites are designed wide enough to fit caravan and annexe and boat or trailer because it also has it's own boat ramp. Best of all it's only 2hours from Melbourne .

I too saw this advertised in the C & M mag. Was booked out for Easter (we were too late booking of course)Glad to hear it is worth a look.
Definitely worth a look , the only negative was the 4 toilets and showers for the whole park !, .
It got a little busy during that morning. Mind you they were all Brand new, so in excellent condition, just when the park is full can get busy!!
We had no problem in the silverline mgt they said the other amenities block was closed for maintenance
Went up last weekend. Very nice little park. Only stayed the one night and there were about 4 other vans.....great facilities and the camp kitchen is a ripper. Those of you with big vans might not appreciate (or need!) the facilities but it is a great place. One of the best (special) meat pies at the bakery too...
