Braised Lemon & Oregano potatoes

Ok you've had the sweet, now the sour :D

Peel spuds as normal,
cut into wedges
2 lemons cut in half
2 table spoons Olive Oil
1 tea spoons dried Oregano leaves
1 cup water.

Place the potatoes in baking pan
Squeeze juice from 2 lemons over the potatoes
Add the olive oil and water sprinkle the oregano over and toss to combine
Place the lemon halves in the pan cut side down
Bake for 1hr 15min or until spuds are tender
