Is it ok to retract the awning with the front privacy screen still attached without damaging either. Plus does anyone know if there are any videos of this happening

see it around the camps the only issue i have seen is getting the vinyl skin distorted by the uneven roll up of the screen and awning probably ok for short term,but maybe not a good plan for storage,

Youll likely need a longer pull strap i expect, and if you have wall support bracket the awning wont sit prpoerly on the bracket
