We had the 22' sphere fitted by Jayco , other than a bit pricey I had no real dramas until the June meet. The reception at Umina is not great and I struggled to get channels. Other members seemed to be able to get channels that I couldn't, even with the same antennas so the tuner in the sphere may not be as good. We even tried another TV in our van to make sure our antenna/coax was ok and the result was more channels than the sphere!
Normally however we don't have a problem.

kogan one here 22" with built in DVD player and it works fine both 240v and 12v. Have had it a year now and used it plenty of times with no dramas other than it resetting the time zone to adelaide (???) if not used for a while. Other than that it's been fine

I have the same TV, works well. Can tend to take a long time to tune channels in. We use the USB also for kids to watch movies.

We use a laptop with Windows media player. Have a whole lot of movies and music, can get on the web and also watch and record TV. I don't understand why everyone else hasn't got one?!

Use my iPad in a similar way to relgate uses his laptop. Also collect DVD's (including discounted boxed sets) and just put in the van (rarely watch any at home). Also a fan of podcasts/audiobooks and play the same thru the telly. Have a dual socket thingy so the iPad charges on one thru HDMI adapter and the TV operates on the other when not using the signal amp. Mrs XF reminds me I to still need to reorganize the wires and cables around the TV so most of the cables are in the overhead cupboard.

I'm the same, use my Laptop with Windows Media Centre and a USB Digital Tuner and I have a PC at home doing the same for all my TV, movies etc.

Hi,
kogan tv's are good value and have low power consumption. I bought a 24 inch led tv with built in DVD player for $149 delivered. Can't argue with that price. Great picture.
cheers

Just set up the laptop with tv tuner, also have a Palsonic TV that plays DVD's, SD cards and anything on a USB stick. Both run on 12 or 240 volt
