Hi Guys,
It has been a while since I have been able to update this page.. (Coz I have been busy picking up our van and modifying..::)). We have picked up the van on the 12th July as scheduled. Everything went well except for the Melbourne weather..!! It was raining and not to mention it was freezing cold... But the excitement was still there.... ;) Below are some of the pics on the day

Hooked up to my Jeep. Towing was very easy with the 3.0L Diesel engine. So far I liked the Redarc Tow-Pro brake controller. It was very easy to calibrate as it was done automatically by itself. Just needed to adjust the brake sensitivity from the knob installed on the Dashboard.

.....AND then the Mods have started... first thing I did was to install the rear view camera (bought it from Safety Dave). Was extremely happy with the product. It was easy to install and ran the cable through the van. Sorry I forgot to take pics. Will post some later.

Second Mod:- installing little gadgets inside like, Spice rack, Shampoo holder, some hooks in he shower, Magazine Rack, install LED lights in the cupboards. My Misus organised the Kitchen and its drawers.

Mods -5:- This was a biggy!! installing the Toolbox.. Bought the Toolbox from a place in Mordialloc and was very happy with the end result. The box is custom made with two Jerry can on both ends. It is big enough to place the Gas bottles and Gene and enough room for other odds and ends...Then it was off to get powder coated. I went with colour back to keep the same theme with the Jayco factory colours. This particular paint is called Ripple Effect and it is very hard wearing.. I put that to the test when installing the box.. ;).. The paint held up pretty well during the installation process as I "accidentally" knocked few metal objects on the paint...:boxing:.. it hardly got a scratch mark..

Sorry Guys, The above pics are not in the order as it happened... it just the way there were uploaded... you get the drift anyway.

Mods - 6:- Put some hooks and brackets inside the boot to hold my Box Ladder. This particular ladder is a great idea as it can be folded to fit into the Pole carrier if required..
