ITEM DESCRIPTION: This is a Kakado Vinyl Annex off a 2011 Jayco Expanda OUtback 16 49 model.
It should fit most 16 49 models that are outback. You will still need to buy the poles, flapper kit and the brackets that bolt on to the van, but apart from that everything is there. There is all 3 walls and the air flap that rund along the wheel area. It has just had a zip replaced as it was a little sticky. It has been used about 5 times since we bought it. Always dried it out if it got wet on holidays. This annex new is around the $4000. When we got it it cost us about $300 to get it installed plus the anti flappers that hold the side walls on.
