Well my Easter has been tossed out. Due to been in Ipswich on the 20th and then re-entering the NT today after an overnight work trip to Cairns I'm locked in mandatory quarantine until the 4th....to say my wife and kid are upset is an understatement.

We were really looking forward to the first trip away

I was wondering how you were getting on when I was reading the NT restrictions.............

we will be heading off this arvo towards Mildura hopefully on the river somewhere

If it stays damp out west of me I was thinking about ending up along the Murray but with this QLD affair might just stay inside the fence....... at the moment I'm in a Council region that could join the Brissie mob if that happens I'm skittling into the next council area, these amagalmated council areas are huge up here, get stuck even though your bluddy miles away in the bush away from big towns....

I'm hoping to be down that way in Sept when Tocumwal has their Air Show and check out the new aviation museum......but with weather and lurgies I'm adaptable....thinking of a sticker for back of van, " Rural QLDer".

We are still hoping for our GOR trip and return via the Murray sometime this year but something keeps tossing that damned spanner in the works.

We decided to have 4 nights at Broadwater CP the second week of school holidays to go with our daughter and two ratbags. It just gets us out of the house for a few days even though it is only about 20 minutes from home.

Cabarlah, QLD, windy, cloudy with big dark storm clouds on the horizon..................... still have 7 days and 13 hours before I can hit the road again, if the road to Thargomindah isn't opened by then, Bourke, Hillston, Nhill, Cobram , Temora are on the cards......... unless I catch fish at Bourke then I may not get any further..
